Gilde Flores is a composer, producer, and founder of Paint The Noise, a composer-led music production and licensing company built for high-pressure film, television, and interactive media environments.

With 29 years of experience and over 3,500 music placements across major networks, global brands, and AAA game studios, Gilde is known for delivering music that stays aligned to picture and holds up under tight production timelines.

His work includes contributing custom music within AAA studio pipelines such as Naughty Dog, scoring a full HBO Max limited series, delivering for national campaigns including Super Bowl spots, and partnering within an Emmy-winning television production pipeline on ongoing weekly delivery. He has also operated within the circles of industry leaders, working alongside teams connected to Timbaland and Hans Zimmer’s Bleeding Fingers ecosystem.

Through Paint The Noise, he runs a composer-led system designed to eliminate the breakdown between creative, editorial, and production, ensuring music moves fast, lands clean, and supports the story without getting lost in the process.
